For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Vayelo cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proper tracking.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item. In most cases, this happens much sooner, but please allow up to 30 days for the full refund to appear, depending on your payment provider's processing time.
Please note that some banks or credit card providers may take an additional 2-3 business days to process and post the refund to your account.

If a shipment is returned to us as unclaimed by the customer, a refund will be issued minus the cost of return shipping, according to the carrier's rates. This is because the carrier charges us a fee for returning the package, and this cost is non-refundable. Failure to collect the shipment is treated as the customer's withdrawal from the contract.
For gift returns, please follow the same steps as outlined above. If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. A digital gift certificate will be emailed to you once we process the return.
