Carriers
Vayelo works with leading international carriers — FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, EMS and InPost — and their local delivery partners. This allows us to ship to your door and offer a flat worldwide shipping rate.
Payment & verification
Payment is captured at checkout. All payments are subject to verification and approval before dispatch and this may take a few days. To help prevent card fraud, orders with invalid billing details or requiring further verification may be delayed and/or cancelled.
Processing time
We typically need 2–5 business days to process your order and hand it over to the carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days) or when popular items are experiencing stock constraints.
Once your order has entered our shipping workflow, we’re unable to make changes (including address changes). We ship only to the address provided at checkout.
Dispatch schedule
Orders ship on business days only. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Split shipments
For multi-item orders, products may ship separately and arrive on different days due to partner location differences.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You’ll receive this by email when your parcel is handed to the carrier’s sorting facility.
For some carriers, tracking information can take a few days to update. If it has been more than 5 business days since you ordered and there is still no tracking activity, please contact us.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times vary by country/region. Specific dates are not provided or guaranteed. Typical estimates:

While we do our best to deliver on time, Vayelo is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control — e.g., postal/customs procedures, public holidays, severe weather, labour disputes, protests, etc. Such events may cause delays beyond our original estimates.
Duties, taxes & fees
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and/or customs clearance fees once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Vayelo has no control over these costs and cannot predict the amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you are responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.

Lost / stolen / damaged shipments
Vayelo is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, please report this and/or file a claim with the carrier.
When assessing claims for damage or returns in transit, we rely on the timestamped tracking information and the carrier’s proof of delivery. If you do not file a claim, we may be unable to honour it.
Incorrect address disclaimer
You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct before placing your order. We begin processing immediately, so we cannot modify orders after they are placed. If your order has already been processed by our shipping team, we cannot retrieve it to change the address.
