Vayelo partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, EMS, and InPost, which work with local couriers, allowing us to ship directly to your doorstep and offer flat-rate shipping worldwide.
You will be charged when your order is placed, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping Process
We need an average of 2 to 5 business days to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may require more time, especially during major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items with availability issues.
Once your order processing has begun in our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided during the transaction.
We ship only on business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and delivered at different times due to differences in the location of our manufacturing partners.
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped to the carrier's sorting facility.
For some shipping companies, updating tracking information in the system may take a few days. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information, please contact us.
Deliveries
Delivery time varies depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. Here are our estimates for your information:

While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, Vayelo is not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather conditions, labor disputes, protests, etc. Such disruptions may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customs, Taxes, and other Fees:
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or customs clearance fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Vayelo has no control over these fees, nor can Vayelo predict what they may be. If a shipment is rejected and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs.
Customs policies vary significantly by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Shipments:
Vayelo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your tracking information indicates that your shipment was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your carrier.
Note: When reviewing damage or return claims for shipments, we rely on timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier. Failure to report a claim may result in our inability to honor it.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the provided shipping address is correct before placing an order. We begin working on orders immediately, so we cannot make any changes to the order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it to change the address.
